AGM on 14th Nov16 – Venue UPDATE

Dear Members

Please note that there is a change of venue for the upcoming HRRA AGM on 14th November 2016, 7.30pm.

The new venue will be The George Vaults.

I have attached a copy of the agenda for your information, please print and bring your own copy if possible, however there will be a few available on the night.

I have sent this email to everyone so don’t worry if you have already told me you can’t come, I have made a note of it.

We have requested a small buffet to be available so if you could confirm your attendance it would help give us an idea of numbers to cater for.
